Cooking Instructions:

For Chicken:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts horizontally and pounded to ¼ inch thick.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°F.
  3. Bake the zest of 2 lemons for about five minutes until it’s dry.
  4. Prepare three bowls and mix the flour, pepper and salt in the first bowl.
  5. Put the eggs and water in the second bowl and whisk it.
  6. Mix the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and dry lemon zest in the third bowl.
  7. Put the pounded chicken breasts in the flour mixture, followed by the egg mixture, and in the bread crumbs mixture.
  8. With medium heat, put olive oil and unsalted butter in a large frying pan.
  9. Put the chicken in the pan and cook it on each side for about five minutes until it’s well cooked.
  10. Heat the chicken in the oven at 200°F until it’s ready to serve.

 

For Lemon Sauce:

  1. With medium heat, heat the canola oil in a pot.
  2. Put the minced garlic and cook it for about three minutes.
  3. Add the whipping cream and let it boil until it’s reduced by about a third.
  4. Put Dijon mustard, chicken stock, lemon juice, pepper, and Kosher salt.
  5. Simmer for about five minutes.
  6. Remove the heat, add the unsalted butter and stir it.
  7. Serve the chicken with your preferred amount of lemon sauce.
