  10. 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  11. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

To make the vegan mac and cheese broccoli baked, you can follow step by step below:

  1. Preheat the oven to 3750 F.
  2. Coat a shallow 2 quarts baking dish with the cooking spray or you can use butter
  3. Cook pasta and add broccoli to water for 3 minutes
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli
  5. Prepare the large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add bread crumbs and cook until it is light golden brown
  7. Remove from heat and place in a small bowl
  8. Stir in 3 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese and set aside
