  3. Using a large bowl, stir the already cooled down cauliflower. Add egg, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix them well.
  4. Transfer the pizza dough into baking sheet. Press it flat into 10 inch circular shape.
  5. Bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes, until it turns into golden color.
  6. Remove the pizza off from the oven. Cover the top with pizza sauce and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Bake again so the mozzarella would melt down for about 10 minutes. Lift off from oven and put basil leaves on top of the pizza.
  7. Make the salad side dish by mixing baby greens, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the salad.
