- 12 snack crackers grinded
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- Salt and pepper as necessary

Set a non-stick pan on medium to high heat and melt the butter. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion then cook for around 3 minutes. Set it aside to allow it to cool down.

Separate the crabmeat from the shell then put it into a bowl. Add egg, crushed snack crackers, breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, lemon zest, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently.

Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for as long as needed.

Clean the shrimp by peeling the skin off but without removing the tail. Cut deeper along the deveining line and remove the veins.

Lay a parchment paper on a baking tray and set the shrimp side down like a butterfly. Press the shrimp to make it flatter.
