BJ’s Brussel Sprouts
- 8 ounces Brussel sprouts
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- On your choice sesame seeds.
First, you need to prepare your air fryer. Make sure to preheat this appliance first until 400oF.
Then, while waiting, make sure to wash the vegetables. If you previously put these inside your refrigerator, you don’t need to thaw it first. Just clean it using water dan drain the remaining water using paper towel.
Continue by cutting the end of the sprouts.
Cut the vegetables into halves.
In a large mixing bowl, place the vegetables. Then, drizzle the sprouts with olive oil and salt. No need to make it too oily, just have it enough to spread the seasoning (salt).
Massage or toss the vegetables for the seasoning to coat the surface evenly.
Now, cook your seasoned Brussel sprouts inside the air fryer bowl. Cook for around 10 minutes. Halfway cooking, you need to shake the bowl to make sure all parts of the Brussel sprouts are cooked.
Once done, take the Brussel sprouts out and put it inside a plate.
Add Sriracha sauce and honey inside a large bowl. Mix these well.
After that, simply put the Brussel sprouts and coat your veggies using the sauce and honey combination.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds if you choose to.
