Ingredients

For the Garlic Sauce

  • ¼ cup of sesame oil,
  • ¼ cup of canola oil,

  • ½ cup of chili garlic paste,
  • ½ cup of hoisin sauce,

  • 4 pounds of baby spinach leaves,
  • 2 pounds of parmesan cheese, grate,
  • 3 pounds of red bell pepper, diced,
  • ½ cup of minced garlic,
  • ½ cup of mashed ginger,
  • ½ cup of slurry,
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil,
  • 24 pieces of cilantro sprigs,
  • A gallon of garlic sauce.

Instructions:

For the garlic sauce:

First of all, heat oil in a large pan. Set up the stove from medium to high heat. Pour garlic and ginger and stir it well for around 2-3 minutes. Add the chili garlic paste until the aroma is smelled.
