  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil

  • 1 chopped medium-sized onion
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
  • 1 black pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup of water

 

Cooking Instruction for Tacos

  1. Boil chicken hearts and chicken gizzards along with salt (depends on use) in medium heat.
  2. Wait for approximately 1 hour for it to become tender.
  3. Wait for the water to drain.
  4. Once finished, fry it along with black pepper until the color turns golden brown.
  5. Add tomato, onion, and jalapeño.
  6. Sauté for a while, then add water and chicken bouillon.
  7. Wait for a few minutes until it completely dries.
  8. Prepare to make tacos by heating the tortillas.
