Ingredients

  

  • 2 lbs. lamb chops
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbs. fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 lemon zested
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together to make marinade.
  • Marinade the lamb chops using the mixture, by pouring it over and flipping the meat to make sure it is covered entirely.
  • Leave the chops to marinade for 1 hour to overnight.
  • Grill the meat for 7 to 10 minutes on medium heat, or until it reaches 135º to 145º F of internal temperature.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes on an aluminum-covered plates.
  • Serve well.
