  • Prepare the beef broth, then drench your meatloaf with 1 tbsp of broth. This should protect your meatloaf from getting too dry while being put in the oven.
  • Cover the tray with aluminum foil, then place it on the center on your oven.
  • Cook for around 20-25 minutes.

 

Reheating Meatloaf Using Frying Pan/Skillet

Not feeling like reheating meatloaf in the oven? Using a frying pan can be the solution. Here is how you reheat the meatloaf using frying pan.

  • Prepare your frying pan and put it onto a medium-low heat.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and ¼ cup beef broth onto the frying pan. Let it simmer.
  • Then, add your meatloaf slices onto the pan. Then, cook each side for 2 minutes.
  • Increase the heat so the remaining liquid evaporates. Flip occasionally. The purpose is to let the remaining liquid to evaporate hence your slice can be crispier on its outer side.

 

Reheating Meatloaf Using Microwave

Thinking about using microwave to reheat your meatloaf? Easy. Follow the procedure as follows:

  • Place your slices ins a microwave-safe dish.
  • Then, cover the plate with a paper towel or a kitchen paper (make it damp).
  • Continue by reheating the slices for around one minute. Remove the dish from the microwave, then flip the meatloaf.
  • Again, put the meatloaf back into the microwave and heat it.
  • If you think it is not hot enough, consider heating it for more minutes and make sure to flip the slices.
