  • 3 ounces (2 fillets) wild salmon with skin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the Wild Salmon Trader Joe’s and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Prepare a skillet. Heat olive oil in it over medium heat.
  4. Put the salmon on the hot olive oil. Make sure the skin is facing up. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the flesh turns golden brown.
  5. Turn the fish and cook for 5 minutes until the skin turns slightly browned.
