- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Preheat the oven to 3750 F.
- Coat a shallow 2 quarts baking dish with the cooking spray or you can use butter
- Cook pasta and add broccoli to water for 3 minutes
- Drain the pasta and broccoli
- Prepare the large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add bread crumbs and cook until it is light golden brown
- Remove from heat and place in a small bowl
- Stir in 3 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese and set aside
