Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of grounded ginger
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 package of Aidells Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed cornstarch with 2 teaspoons of water
  • 1 pound vegetables, all sliced (celery, carrots, green beans, broccoli, green or red pepper, snow peas)

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Once finished, set it aside.
  3. Add meatballs after placing the vegetable oil in a large skillet or a wok over high heat.
  4. Take 3 minutes to sauté.
  5. Stir in garlic and onion.
  6. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add vegetables to the soy sauce mixture and then boil it.
  8. Put a lid on it after reducing the heat and simmer for approximately 3-5 minutes.
  9. Wait until the vegetables are tender.
  10. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and then boil it again for approximately 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  11. The food is ready to serve.
