  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 tbs. bell pepper
  • 2 tbs. milk
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. organic white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. dried parsley
  • Salt
  • Spicy chili powder

Instructions

 

  • Put potatoes inside a large pot. Add 1 tbs. salt and water until the potatoes are submerged by 4 inches or 10 cm.
  • Set the pot on high heat to a boiling point before lowering the heat to a fast simmer.
  • Let the potatoes cooked for around 15 minutes until they turn tender (fall apart when jabbed by a fork).
  • Drain completely and put back to the pot.
  • Remove the remaining water by shake the pot for around a minute.
