Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp (or more) tajin seasoning which you can purchase from any nearest Mexican grocery stores.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. First of all, make sure you have washed the cucumber. Peel the skin and slice it into the thickness you like. Suggested thickness: ¼ inch thick discs.
  2. Then, arrange the cucumber to make a circle. Start from the outside edge of the plate. Put each disc overlapping the previous one you put, making it to be a spiral which goes until the center of the plate is also filled with cucumber.
  3. Then, sprinkle the tajin seasoning. Make sure to sprinkle it evenly—you can achieve that simply by sprinkling it lightly.
