- 14 ounces of sliced Kielbasa sausage. You can slice it into 0.5-inch slices bigger, or smaller. But 0.5-inch is what we recommend for better palate experience.
- ½ cup of chicken broth
- ½ cup yellow onion diced
- ½ cup celery diced
- ½ cup green bell pepper diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 12 ounces steamed cauliflower rice
Prepare the skillet over a medium-high heat, then seat the sliced kielbasa for several minutes. Make sure to flip the sausages so that each side becomes well-cooked. Remove the cooked sausages and put aside.
Then, lower the heat to just medium. Toss the vegetables (celery, green bell pepper, and the onion) onto your skillet. Let cook until softened. In general, this will take around 5-8 minutes.
Proceed with stirring in the broth, Cajun seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix well and wait for around 3 minutes before adding the cauliflower rice.
