Footprints Rasta Pasta
This Caribbean meal isn’t taking you hours to make. Instead, it just needs you at max an hour, especially if you have the ingredients ready. By making this, you’ll be able to make a delicious food even if you feel you’re too lazy to cook.

- 3 chicken breasts which is around 1 lb
- Some green seasoning
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 bell peppers red and green
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 cups grated mozzarella/sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 pack sauce mix Knorr Parma Rosa this is optional, which you can substitute using a creamy tomato sauce or even an Alfredo sauce plus some tomatoes.
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning
- 1.5-2 cups milk
Clean the chicken breasts, then season it with green seasonings. You can also use any seasoning as you like.
Then, add the jerk seasoning to coat the chicken.
Let the seasoning to sit. You can leave it overnight.
Preheat your oven to 350oC. While waiting, you can place the chicken breasts inside a baking tray (greased). Cover it with foil.
Bake the chicken for 35 mins.
Remove the excess water from the tray, then put it back to bake again for 25 mins.
Strip the chicken and set it aside.
