- 2 eggs beat mildly
- 1 head or 2 lbs. cauliflower remove the stalk
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
Prepare your oven by preheating it to 400º F.
Lay a parchment paper on a baking tray.
Cut the cauliflower into florets before grinding them in a food processor.
Steam the fine-textured pieces using a steamer basket, then drain them well and let them cool down.
Put the cauliflower powder inside a bowl, then mix with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
Pass the dough into the baking tray and shape them into a spread circle shape of pizza crust.
