Start by crushing the Doritos and transfer it to a large bowl. You can crush them until they are fine shards or still have some texture. Next, turn on your oven to 350oF.

While waiting for the oven, on a large skillet, cook your meat on medium-low heat until they are brown. Don’t forget to add the taco sauce and seasoning. Let it simmer for about five minutes before you turn off the heat and set it aside.

If your casserole pan is quite deep, you can add extra toppings such as thinly sliced avocadoes or diced tomatoes. Finish the layers by spreading the remaining Doritos as the top layer. Bake in the oven until you see Doritos started to dry and brown or for 25-30 minutes.
