To make pancakes from Berrytastic pancake mix, you need to combine the pancake mix with the water first.

Then, separate the mix into four cups evenly.

Make each cup has different color: red, green, blue, and purple (by adding equal drop of red and blue food coloring).

Now, mix the crushed berries cereal into the pancake mix. Put each color into the relevant pancake mix color, yet leave the original one for later use.

Put the pancake mix aside, and let’s work on the white chocolate chips. Melt the chips using the microwave.

After that, mix in heavy whipping cream and the powdered sugar. Put the combo aside.

Starts cooking your pancake as you usually do for each color. The size is up to you.

Before stacking one color on another, spread the white choco glaze on top of each layer. Then, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of original Cap’n Crunch’s berries cereal.
