  • 1 ¼ cups caramel syrup

Instructions:

Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Melt the butter, and while waiting beat eggs and add vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, and the melted butter, then add the egg whisk.
  4. Add pecans and flour then mix thoroughly.
  5. Lay the mixture in a round pan.
  6. Bake the crust mixture for about 15 minutes then let it cool down.

Filling:

  1. Lower the temperature of the oven to 300°F.
  2. Lay the aluminum foil on top of the round pan before setting it aside.
  3. Mix sugar, sour cream, and cream cheese well.
  4. Smother the mixture on top of the brownie base.
  5. Using another bowl, mix ¼ cup of chocolate syrup and ¼ cup of caramel syrup.
  6. Smother the chocolate syrup and caramel syrup mixture on the filling
  7. Position the round pan within a larger pan, then fill the larger pan with warm water until it reaches half of the smaller pan’s side height.
  8. Bake it for 30-40 minutes.

Toppings:

  1. After the cheesecake is already baked, pour the remaining syrup and sprinkle pecans on top of it.
  2. Refrigerate the cake until it is ready to serve.
