- 3/4 cup finely diced yellow onion
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 1 rib finely diced celery
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 lb. ground beef with 85% lean
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- salt or pepper

First of all, all you have to do to make Shepherd’s pie with instant potatoes is to prepare the filling by heating oil in a large skillet. Use medium-high heat.

Sauté the celery slices and scallions for 3 minutes. Then, add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Enter the ground beef and cook until it is crushed. Cook with high heat. After that, reduce the excess fat.
