  • 1 lb. ground beef with 85% lean
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • salt or pepper



  • First of all, all you have to do to make Shepherd’s pie with instant potatoes is to prepare the filling by heating oil in a large skillet. Use medium-high heat.
  • Sauté the celery slices and scallions for 3 minutes. Then, add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Enter the ground beef and cook until it is crushed. Cook with high heat. After that, reduce the excess fat.
