  • ½ green pepper, diced small
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small Jalapeno, diced small. Do not forget to remove the seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon of oil, you can use olive oil or avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
