  • 1/2 cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • Any of your favorite toppings, such as Turkey pepperoni or sliced mushrooms.

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of egg substitute (egg beaters or egg whites)
  • 100 gr of raw and fresh cauliflower (grate it)
  • 1/4 tsp of herb seasoning and Mrs. Dash garlic

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Put mozzarella cheese, egg substitute, herb seasoning, Mrs. Dash garlic, and the grated cauliflower into a small bowl. Mix the mixture until it is completely mixed.
  2. Before moving on to the next step, preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Then, put the cauliflower mixture on the baking sheet, and make it into a circle. Flatten and make the mixture as thin as you can since the texture will be better if it’s thinner.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes and carefully turn it over before bake it again until the edges of the crust are crisp and golden brown.
  6. After 10 or 15 minutes, take your crust out of the oven and let it cool.
  7. After waiting for a while for it to be cooled down, you can spread the tomato sauce on top of it then add the mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. If you don’t have tomato sauce, you can blend the diced tomatoes and pour the mixture on top of your crust.
  8. Then, bake for another 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted.
  9. Your healthy and delicious Optavia cauliflower pizza is done and ready to be served.
