  3. Now, add flax seed, onion and garlic. Stir again until well-combined.
  4. Season the mixture by adding cumin, curry powder and cayenne pepper.

  6. Add in the thawed frozen pea and combine one more time.
  7. Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions. Roll each portion into ball and then press it against a plate or frying pan to flatten it.
  8. Cook the patties on medium-heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Use a dash of olive oil to grease the frying pan.
