  1. Prepare a bowl and put chocolate.
  2. Prepare saucepan, and heat it at medium level. Put honey and cream then stir them slowly until it produces bubble.
  3. Pour this mixture over chocolate then whisk it until it looks smooth.
  4. Keep it in warm temperature. Cover and put aside.

Zeppole:

  1. Prepare a bowl then mix a paddle, flour, milk, eggs, and the rest of ingredients, except oil and powdered sugar.
  2. Use stand mixer with low speed to blend them completely.
  3. Add butter slowly and beat it again.
