Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients for marinade shrimp into large zip-lock bag, including the shrimp. Let it marinate for about half an hour.
  2. Prepare a medium sized bowl, mash avocado inside. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Prepare a grill by preheating in on medium-high heat. Place the marinated shrimp once it is heated. Close and let it grill for about three minutes.
  4. Cook and flip over the grill for couple of minutes until it is thoroughly cooked and turn pink. Then turn the grill off and let it cooled down.
  5. Set the slices of cucumbers on top of large tray. Spread the mashed avocado mix on top of it with enough amounts. Then put the grilled shrimp on top of it, and you are done.
