  • Ketchup, ⅓ cup
  • Salt and pepper

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare large bowl.
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, milk, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  4. Preheat oven at 350F.
  5. Put mixed beef into muffin tin.
  6. Pour ketchup.
  7. Bake beef for 30 – 40 minutes.

 

You can create meatloaf muffins with oatmeal for gluten free recipe. From the ingredient list, oatmeal can replace breadcrumbs mixed with beef, onion, egg, and other. During mixture process, make sure to blend all items equally before adding salt and pepper. You may use garlic, celery, and chili powder for different seasonings.
